Yes I am one of your silent fans. I am 57, married, but oh well, it could be better. As you say, I’m complicated. I have had one experience outside of marriage in the last 22 years. I have been looking (very slowly as its hard to do at home) for a type of relationship that could develop with an “experienced” woman of the trade around my age group. The 21 year olds look like kids to me. I guess they are. I have been in sales & marketing all my life, started in the siding trade just after Grad school. I guess you could say I’ve been around and seen plenty– maybe seasoned as you say. It is hard to come across someone who is open to a longer term “connection” other than a first hour “rub, tug and kick you out” kind of experience. Intimacy is missing in my current status, not commitment. So…hopefully as I get off the road soon, I can make time to explore something new.Mitchel
