A Year Ago Today …
It was on July 2nd, 2010, that I….
first tasted your warm wet, inviting lips,
first held you in my arms,
first grabbed a fistful of your supple flesh,
first ran my fingers through your golden strands,
first heard you moan at my touch,
first glanced upon your mischievous smile,
first took you.
I was sooooo nervous when I walked through that door on that day.
My heart was pounding in my chest.
It was a delightful uncomfortableness.
..and I would do it all again.
Edited to add: This was a very thoughtful poem sent to me awhile back. Simple words like this make this work seem so worthwhile.
