Nuru Massage

About a year ago, Nuru massage was the new activity on the block to try. And I did my thing for the cause, bought the hard to find (and expensive!) Nuru goop and purchased a really nice latex messy type of playing pad from the Liberator company. I figured that I wouldn’t go the small swimming pool, floater or plastic sheet route that so many ladies were advocating.

If I’m going to try something, I just wish to do it right!

Both items sat in my incall for over a year.

Well, a few months ago, I finally lost my Nuru virginity. It was a lot more fun, and less of a clean up, then I thought.

It helped that my client to play around with was a young and limber fellow. The Nuru gel is better when mixed with some warm water and you start out with your skin still damp from a shower. And then you start to smear and drip the gel all over your bodies. The effect is similar to a slip and slide except instead of throwing yourself on a long piece of plastic and sliding down a path … you’re sliding all around another body and enjoying the sensations!

Probably the one disadvantage to using Nuru gel, is with all of the body parts being very slippery and both of us sliding all over the place, it would be easy for part b to slide into part a without taking the time for simple precautions, like a condom.

So here are a few suggestions: Keep a towel by the play space. You’re not going to be able to grab anything, except the edge of the mat to hold on to, when you have this stuff all over you. Much less would you be able to open up a condom package. Keep a few condoms next to your space along with the towel to dry your hands. Probably will help with your spontaneity some.

Be prepared to stay in place, or slipping around the place, until you’re done. I don’t see taking a bathroom break really happening unless you’re visiting with someone for the afternoon or an extended time. And I also do not see this activity being done in two or three parts. It takes some time to get going and then clean up afterwards.

Allow enough time for a good shower afterwards. The gel doesn’t just wash off. You’ll need a washcloth and a lot of soap. The stuff in non-toxic and doesn’t have a smell or any type of color to mess your clothes up in that fashion.

But it doesn’t just wash off by standing under a shower. You have to help it a little bit.

I have really liked the few times that I’ve played around with Nuru and am very willing to try it again. But … the gel is relatively expensive and it’s easy to use a LOT of it. Also, there just needs to be some prep time. Not a whole lot but it’s best to know in advance if a client is interested in exploring the Nuru experience.

I’m not hearing as much banter about this activity as I did several months ago but it IS a lot of fun. And one should try it at least once! If you have mobility issues, though, this probably isn’t for you!

Have any questions? Please feel free to ask me!

Hugs,
Elisabeth
